Data Deletion Instructions

You can delete the data PikPlanner holds about you and your Facebook Pages at any time, in any of these ways.
Disconnect a Page or a Facebook account
- In PikPlanner, open Settings → Connected accounts.
- Use ⋮ → Disconnect on a Page, or “Disconnect all” on a Facebook account. The Page access tokens are deleted immediately and nothing more is published to those Pages.
Remove PikPlanner from Facebook
- On Facebook, go to Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations (or Apps and websites).
- Find PikPlanner and click Remove. Facebook revokes the access right away; the next time PikPlanner tries to use it, the connection is marked as removed.
Delete your account and all data
- Email support@pikplanner.com from the address of your PikPlanner account and ask for account deletion.
- We delete your account, connected Pages, tokens, uploaded content, schedules, history and statistics within 30 days, and confirm by email.
